The buyer must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the vehicle.
The buyer may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange after an inspection is completed.
Returns will be accepted only if the vehicle is found to have significant undisclosed defects.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please check the Car thoroughly before purchase. Get it inspected, service record has to be checked for Meter Reading authenticity and other due dilligence.
5% Token has to be made in order to book the Car.
Zero Dalaal has exclusive rights at any given point of time , if the quality of the Car, Behaviour of the Customer, Conduct of the Dealer, is not satisfactory.
